CEREMONIES & MEETINGS

Purpose

To provide a structured forum for technology leaders to surface, discuss and shape key people, operating and capability themes across Technology.

The summit exists to:

  • Share perspectives and lived experience across teams
  • Identify common challenges and opportunities
  • Generate informed options and direction that can be progressed through the appropriate forums
This is a working and shaping forum, not a decision-making body.

Attendees

  • Technology leadership
  • CTO
  • CFO (if required)

Input

The summit is informed by:

  • Topics emerging from people and capability needs
  • Feedback from teams and leaders
  • Cross-technology issues requiring shared thinking

Output

The summit produces directional outputs, not approvals:

  • Shared understanding of key issues and opportunities
  • Agreed themes to progress or explore further
  • Clear areas requiring follow-up via people/HR processes, technology forums or working groups, or policy/operating model review
  • Feedback loops to inform future summits
Outcomes are captured as inputs into subsequent processes, rather than stand-alone decisions.
