Assessment Upload & Results Log

Download the assessment workbook, log completed team submissions and track historical maturity scores across the FY27 assessment cycles.

This page is for submission tracking, not scoring inside the website. Teams complete the workbook offline, then log the completed assessment here so the platform checklist and historical score views are updated.

1. Download blank assessment

Use the same platform-filtered workbook for Data, Commercial, Marketing, Events Data and IT.

2. FY27 assessment cycles

Log two assessments for each in-scope platform during FY27. The first cycle creates the baseline; the second cycle shows movement and common coaching themes.

3. Upload completed assessment

Attach the completed workbook and enter the six summary scores from the workbook dashboard. CSV exports with Dimension, Current Level and Target Level columns will pre-fill the summary scores automatically.

Summary scores to collate

Enter the dimension averages from the completed workbook dashboard so the results log can build comparison and history views.

Submission checklist

Shows whether each platform has uploaded Assessment 1 and Assessment 2 for FY27.

Results history

Filter the log by platform or assessment cycle. Use the diagrams to compare the latest logged scores and all-platform cycle view.
